2005 Used Ford Freestyle SE
Nice car, hauls my stuff around town and far from town without being gas-hungry... Wished it was appointed a little bit better, the new Taurus X addresses everything the freestyle fell short on, being a much more awesome car nonetheless... No marketing whatsoever on the part of FoMoCo whatsoever will make this care go the way of the Taurus..
Pros —
Driving position, quietness, gas-sipping for a V6, roomy and comfortable
Cons —
Interior quality, iffy design, some cheap materials used

I love how much room this vehicle has. I was able to take home a clothes dryer home in it. The performance is good. The only thing I do not like is if the vehicle has bad gas it reacts. Other than that it is a great car. Has alot of features. Highly recommend.
Pros —
Room, Appearance, Handling, gas mileage
Cons —
None Really

2005 Used Ford Freestyle SEL AWD
I have enjoyed owning the car. Was a little worried about the AWD from a few horror stories (which you see about any car) but have not had one issue with the car in the first 36000 miles i've driven the car.
Pros —
Decent gas mileage, variety of seating configurations, ideal to haul children around. The amenities in the car are par for the course, and seems to have great safety features - Side curtain airbags ect
Cons —
low towing capacity - 2000lbs

2005 Used Ford Freestyle SEL
Well, it's a fricken station wagon. What do you want! It has 3 rows of seat, plus, 5* crash rating for side, front crashes, plus. I've never had to do anything to this car other than keep up on oil changes and change the wipers. Remember,,,this is for delivering children to volleyball, football, band, etc..oh, and it has room for my 2 labs as well. Oh, and it also gets around 19 to 20 mpg in the city.
Pros —
safety, seating capacity, overall comfort.
Cons —
the dash compartment is sort of cheesy

Excellent car, extra roomy. Great for cross-country travel as well and around town. All the options make it super nice. Kids love it (and the DVD player). A great car all around. Love the CVT, will be nice if this transmission catches on in all the cars. Gas mileage is pretty good for what it is. Our model is only rated 24 hwy, but we get 26 alot.
Pros —
TONS of cup holders!! Fold-flat seats. Very versatile.
Cons —
Can't see rear-view when DVD screen is down...but that's a problem with all roof-mounted DVD players.
