Adding 4WD to the 2005 Nissan Titan LE Crew Cab 4WD means more confident road handling and flexibility.  With the aid of skid plates, 4-wheel ABS brakes and disc brakes, a front independent and rear live axle suspension, 18-inch alloy wheels, and traction control, the 2005 Titan LE Crew Cab 4WD provides utility as well as family comfort.  Dual front airbags are standard, along with automatic headlights, auto-dimming rearview mirrors, a tire monitor, parking sensors, foglights, and mirrors with turn signals.  This year it gets active head rstrains.  Stability control and side impact airbags for both rows of seats are extra.  Front row captain's chairs can be replaced with a split-folding bench seat.

Building upon the power features, CD/MP3 player, and cruise control of the SE, the 2005 Titan LE Crew 4WD includes power front seats, leather upholstery and trim, heated seats, remote garage opener, and rear audio controls and wheel-mounted audio controls.  A power rear window distinguishes it from the King Cab.  The LE Crew Cab cargo bed is 5.5 feet long and comes with tie-downs and a standard bedliner.  A cover and extender, along with a trailer hitch (for 9400 pounds of towing capacity) are extra.  A flex fuel version of the 5.6-liter, 305-hp V8 engine and 5-speed auto tran is available, and other options include a sunroof, DVD player, satellite radio, and a navigation system.  High marks go to engine power, 4WD performance, and towing capacity, though some owners wish the bed was bigger.  Interior room is comfortable, as are the long list of standard features.
