The 2005 Nissan Frontier LE King Cab is a rear-wheel drive mid-sized pickup that adds a touch of luxury to its utilitarian heft.  Getting a new 4.0-liter, 265-hp DOHC V6 and a new 5-speed automatic, the 2005 Frontier LE King Cab features a larger bed than the Crew Cab (6 feet versus 5 feet), but a tiny backseat that uses fold-down jump seats instead of a regular bench seat.  The LE steps up from the SE with larger 17-inch alloy wheels, foglights, leather interior trim, cruise control, and power windows, locks, and mirrors.  Other safety features include 4-wheel ABS brakes, a tire monitor, and dual front airbags.  Traction control and side impact airbags are optional.
