2005 Nissan Frontier 4 Dr SE Crew Cab SB Summary
The biggest difference between the 2005 Nissan Frontier SE Crew Cab and the King Cab is an extra eight inches of rear legroom. Regular split-folding seats replace the jump seats, and the doors open conventionally. The extra legroom means a cargo bed less than 5-feet long, and the Crew Cab gets a standard bedliner. Utility rails, a roof rack, a cargo cover, and a bed extension are extra. A trailer hitch can be added to tow up to 6500 pounds with the help of a new 4.0-liter, 265-hp DOHC V6 and choice of 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission.
16-inch wheels carry the rear-wheel drive 2005 Frontier SE Crew Cab, which features the Titan's double wishbone front suspension, 4-wheel ABS brakes, a tire monitor, and dual front airbags. Traction control and side impact bags for both rows are extra, and the 2005 Frontier SE Crew Cab gets four and five-star crash ratings. A CD player, air conditioning, intermittent wipers, power steering, and a tachometer are standard equipment, and there are are storage compartments in the front and overhead consoles. Options include a security system, sunroof, and power package (windows, locks, mirrors). Highlights for owners include the hauling power, interior comfort, and styling. A wide turning radius, poor fuel economy, and some dash rattling are downsides.
