The ES model of the 1993 Mazda 626 was the high-end version of the sedan. It came standard with power windows, doors, and locks and air conditioning, with leather seats and a sunroof available. The V6 engine had 2.5 liters and 164 horsepower.
Many 1993 626 ES drivers speak very highly of the car, saying they handle well, are fun to drive, have very comfortable seats, and have a good-sounding stereo. Some have had problems with the automatic transmission, and warn that they are likely to fail.

I like the 626 as a daily driver. It is not the fastest or most fun car I have every driven, but if you stand on the skinny pedal it will get on down the road. I wish I could say more. More
