2010 Toyota Corolla Base

The 2010 Toyota Corolla powers its Base trim with a 1.8-liter engine, coupled with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. Both choices come standard with traction control, and the car's 15-inch wheels roll on 195/65R15 tires, kept in check with an anti-skid system. Cloth upholstery is the standard material in this trim, wrapping the front bucket seats and split-folding rear. The driver gets height adjustability as well as a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, providing ample space for most occupants. Power mirrors are the sole power feature, although air conditioning is included. Entertainment is nothing special, with a CD/MP3 player with digital-media player connection included. Safety is handled by dual front, front-side, and curtain-side airbags, antilock brakes with brake assist, daytime running lights, and a theft-deterrent system.
