2009 Nissan Xterra SE

The 2009 Nissan Xterra SE is the high-end trim for this model, although the Off-Road trim offers more off-road features, and the SE really builds from the S trim. Unlike the other trims, the SE comes standard with a five-speed automatic transmission that's paired with the 4-liter, 261-horsepower V6, and it gets 15 city/21 highway mpg with this powertrain.

The SE’s exterior upgrades and additions feature roof rack crossbars, tubular step rails, satin chrome/black front bumper, foglights, covered gearbox, body-color door handles, mirrors, and side moldings, and 17" x 7.5" eight-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with P265/65R17 BFGoodrich Radial Long Trail T/A outlined white-letter tires. The interior upgrades include a trip computer, cargo net, auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass, leather-appointed seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and titanium-tinted gauge accents.
