2009 Nissan Xterra S

For about $2,000 more, the 2009 Nissan Xterra S adds some style and comfort to the base Xterra X. The S does share a powertrain with the X – a 4-liter, 261-horsepower V6 with a six-speed automatic – as well as most performance, exterior, and interior features. But on the interior the S adds an eight-way adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support, an in-cabin microfilter, easy-clean cargo area, Utili-track Cargo Channel System with four adjustable cleats, four ceiling hooks, and two side hooks. The exterior adds front tow hooks, splash guards, tubular step rails, and 16” x 7” five-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with P265/70R16 BFGoodrich Radial Long Trail T/A outlined white-letter tires.
