2009 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4WD

Featuring part-time four-wheel drive (4WD), the high-midlevel 2009 GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab 4WD offers all the goodies, both standard and optional, of its rear-wheel-drive sibling. With auto-locking hubs, electronic hi-lo gear selection, and a center locking differential, the ’09 Sierra 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4WD has the oomph to get five passengers through snow, mud, and mountain trail safely and comfortably.

Packing a standard 315-hp, 338-lb-ft/torque 5.3-liter V8 and six-speed automatic transmission, the ’09 Sierra 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4WD can haul an 8,500-pound trailer and gets 13/18 mpg. Also offered are a 367-hp, 6.0-liter V8 and, unique to the Crew Cab trims, the 403-hp, 6.2-liter Flex Fuel V8 engines. Both the 6.0- and 6.2-liter engines come with the standard six-speed automatic.
