Those seeking more power from the 2009 Fusion will look to the V6 trims, which are equipped with the same features, but boast a bigger engine. Under the hood of the V6 SE is a 3-liter, 24-valve engine that operates with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Naturally, it loses some fuel efficiency - going from 20/29 to 18/26 mpg - but drivers willing to sacrifice that aspect for pick-up will find it here, along with a quasi-dual exhaust system (with dual-exhaust tips) and traction control.
