The front-wheel-drive 2009 Buick Enclave CX represents the base trim for this midsize crossover SUV. Featuring a 24-valve, 3.6-liter DOHC V6 engine and 6-speed shiftable automatic, the 2009 Enclave CX delivers 275 hp and 254 ft-lbs of torque at 3,200 RPM. It rides on a Lambda platform with a four-wheel independent suspension. With a 119-inch wheelbase, it seats seven people, but eight can be accommodated with the optional second-row bench. The second-row bucket seats can also be replaced with captain's chairs. Cargo capacity starts at 18.9 cubic feet, but expands to 116 with both rear rows folded flat.
