2009 Mitsubishi Galant Sport

Mitsubishi has made some trim-level adjustments to the Galant line-up for the 2009 model year, dropping the base-level DE and adding the Sport and Sport V6. The Galant Sport represents the second tier in the lineup, gaining additional standard features like 17-inch alloy wheels, heated side mirrors, a sunroof, automatic climate control, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a power driver's seat, and heated front seats.

Like the base-level ES, the Sport is powered by Mitsubishi's 2.4-liter inline-four engine that makes 160 horsepower and 157 pound-feet of torque. A four-speed automatic with manual shift capability is standard. Fuel economy is estimated at 20/27 mpg.
