This is the most expensive E-Series trim, which pairs the extended cargo area with additional engine options. The extended model's longer back end increases overall cargo volume from 256 to 309.4 cubic feet. The van's overall length grows from 212 to 232 inches.

The E-350 comes standard with Ford's TRITON 5.4-liter V8, which produces 255 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. This engine is teamed with a four-speed automatic transmission. Buyers may also opt for a 6.8-liter V10, which makes 305 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. A 6.0-liter diesel V8 is also available, generating 235 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. A five-speed automatic transmission comes standard with both of the optional engines.

This model can tow up to 10,000 pounds when equipped with the V10 engine and 4.10 gearing. The E-350's Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) - which measures total carrying and hauling capacity including passengers, cargo, and a trailer in tow - is estimated at 20,000 pounds.
