Audi's highly regarded Quattro all-wheel-drive system gives the 2008 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro additional traction and stability on all types of road surfaces, and provides extra stability under hard cornering as well. While the all-wheel-drive system adds some weight to the upscale sedan, drivers and reviewers note the 2.0T Quattro maintains good overall balance, though some find performance lacking slightly when compared to competitors like the BMW 3-Series. That's reflected in the sedan's 0-to-60-mph performance, which clocks in at 7.3 seconds.

A four-link front suspension, an Electronic Stabilization Program, and maintenance-free rack-and-pinion steering with Servotronic electronic power assist further add to the 2.0T Quattro's handling and stability.

A turbocharged, sport-tuned 200-horsepower inline four-cylinder engine, designed for fuel efficiency as well as performance, powers the 2.0T Quattro. The engine links to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. Shift paddles located on the steering wheel enable the driver to manually shift gears for trims equipped with the Tiptronic.

The 2008 2.0T Quattro retains the deep grille and sculpted lines introduced during a redesign in 2005, though most agree that the 2008 version doesn't look dated. Drivers and reviewers also find a lot to like about the 2.0T Quattro's upscale cabin, which comes equipped with such standard features as dual-zone climate control, power-adjustable front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a power glass sunroof with slide and tilt functions, and a remote locking system. Overall, the Audi 2.0T Quattro gets good marks from drivers and reviewers, though some note that the sedan's interior electronics systems could use an upgrade.
