The 2008 Acura TSX Base with Nav adds a DVD-based voice-activated navigation system to its standard equipment. The system features real-time traffic information and a Zagat restaurant guide. Otherwise, this front-wheel-drive sports sedan is identical to the regular base. A 2.4-liter, 16-valve DOHC inline four sits under the hood, putting out 205 hp and 166 ft-lbs of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed sport-shift automatic, with sequential shift and adaptive features.
Full power features include heated mirrors, a sunroof, a garage opener, and an 8-way driver's and 4-way front passenger seats. The driver's seat comes with memory settings. Tilt and telescopic steering, intermittent wipers, Bluetooth, two front power outlets, four cupholders, a trip computer, and a dash with a tachometer, compass, and temperature readout are all standard. Leather and wood accents go along with the leather upholstery. Front sport seats are heated, while the rear seats split-fold 60/40 onto a 13-cubic-foot trunk. A cargo net costs extra. Both cruise and audio controls are located on the three-spoke steering wheel. A 6-CD changer spins out tunes, along with an MP3 jack and satellite radio.

Traction and stability control, dual front-side and side curtain airbags for all rows, and 4-wheel disc and ABS brakes with electronic brake assist and brakeforce distribution are all standard. A tire monitor comes with the 17-inch alloy wheels and all-season tires (18-inch wheels can be added through the dealer). Completing the list of safety features are automatic headlights, xenon lamps, foglights, mirrors with turn signals, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
