2007 Chevrolet Suburban LT1 2500 4WD Summary
All Suburban 1500 and 2500 trims are available with either rear-wheel drive or 4WD. The 2500s now house a 6.0-liter V8, generating 366 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. This potent V8 is teamed with a four-speed automatic transmission. Mixed-driving mileage averages are estimated in the low teens with 4WD, and towing capacity is 9,000 pounds.
The LT1 is the second level of five Suburban trim tiers. The LT trims are intended to offer more upscale amenities, while the top-shelf LTZs have more of a sporting orientation. Additional features at this level include steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, foglamps, and color-keyed exterior trim. The LT also replaces the base LS's front bench seat with front bucket seats and a center console. A rear-seat DVD entertainment system is optional.
