2007 Honda Pilot 4 Dr EX-L

As its name implies, this trim is one rung up on the luxury ladder from the EX. Additional standard equipment on the EX-L includes leather seating with heaters in the front row, a power moonroof, heated side mirrors, and a free, three-month subscription to XM Satellite Radio.
The Pilot is officially rated as an Ultra Low Emission Vehicle. Its 3.5-liter, 244-horsepower V6 operates with Variable Cylinder Management, wherein three of the cylinders are inactivated at certain speeds when their power is not called for. This mode helps the 2WD EX-L attain fuel economy ratings of 18 city/24 highway, acceptable stats for an 8-passenger SUV.
Honda long ago made a commitment to the safety of its buyers, and the Pilot includes all of the pertinent life-saving equipment: side-curtain air bags with rollover sensors for all three rows, and of course front (dual-stage)  and front-side bags for both first row occupants. Also standard are ABS, Stability Assist with traction control, and side-protective door beams. A tire-pressure monitoring system sends an alert to the driver when one of the four needs attention.
