With a more powerful engine to improve acceleration and highway performance, the 2007 Kia Optima LX V6 offers a more satisfying ride than the base model and its I4 engine.  The 2007 Optima LX V6 engine is 2.7 liters with 185-hp.  It is only available with a 5-speed automatic.
Sitting on 16-inch wheels, the new Optima LX V6 has more leg and headroom than the previous year.  Standard features upgrade from the base model by adding cruise control and audio controls on the steering wheel.  Otherwise, it has the same power features, air conditioning, intermittent wipers, and split-fold rear seats. Unlike the base model, you can get an electronic stability package, which adds ABS and traction control, or an Appearance Package, with 17-inch wheels, foglights, aluminum trim, and a trip computer.
