The EX trims in the Sportage lineup are the top-of-the line in terms of convenience features and overall luxury.  The 2007 Kia Sportage EX 2WD is a front-wheel drive compact SUV powered by a 2.7-liter, 173-hp V6 engine and 4-speed auto tran.  No manual is available.  The EX adds on to the already existing power features, cruise control, overhead consoles, rear wiper, and tilt steering found on the LX trims, and upgrades it with leather covers for the shift knob and steering wheel, a trip computer, heated mirrors, keyless entry, a cargo net and cargo cover, power sunroof, and fog lights.  
ABS is standard, as are traction and stability control and a tire pressure monitor.  Dual front, front-side, and side curtain airbags make the 2007 Sportage EX 2WD safe and secure.  A Luxury Package adds heated leather seats, CD changer, and auto-dimming mirrors.  A rear spoiler, tow hitch, and remote start are other stand-alone options.
