2003 Acura MDX Touring
The 2003 MDX Touring trim has the same engine and body style as the standard trim, but comes with a few fun extras. An eardrum-blowing Bose stereo is standard on the 2003 MDX Touring, as is a roof rack.
Optional for the Touring are a rear DVD system and the navigation system, which now comes with an optional voice recognition system.
New for the 2003 MDX Touring trim is an optional rear-view camera to aid in such tasks as backing up and parallel parking. This little feature has received mixed reviews: some drivers love having what some call a second set of eyes, while others feel that the placement of the screen in the dash can take the eye from the road, creating a dangerous situation when kids on bikes dart by.
