The 2.5 liter sedan is Jaguar's absolute entry level, introduced last year at just under $30,000.  And even though that price more than halves other in-production Jag models, this year's offering costs even less.  The 2.5 liter sedan gets a 191 horsepower V-6, mated to a five-speed manual transmission.  Mixed driving fuel economy with this pairing is estimated in the high 20s(mpg).

Standard features include the basic luxury accoutrement like leather seats, keyless entry, wood trim, automatic climate control, steering wheel audio controls, heated mirrors and an anti-theft system.  Many options are available, but most are grouped together in expensive packages.
