The Arc is the mid-level sedan in the 2004 9-3 lineup. The most significant upgrade at this level is the more powerful turbocharged engine, which bumps horsepower from 175 to 210. Additional features at this level include dual-zone automatic climate control, 16-inch alloy wheels and a memory function for the driver's seat. All 9-3s come standard with safety features like stability control, traction control, ABS and front side airbags. Options on the Arc include OnStar, a CD changer and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
