2007 Toyota Tundra 4X2 Limited Double Cab 5-Speed

Every Tundra is also available in 2007 as a 4x2.  The absence of 4WD may limit some of the options availability, but it does not impede on luxury, if that's what you're looking for in a truck.  The 2007 Tundra line includes over thirty different models, as part of Toyota's goal to meet the needs of all truck buyers.  The Limited trim transforms a potentially modest interior into what one might expect in a luxury SUV.  A premium JBL audio system, a DVD-based navigation system, rear seat DVD entertainment system, auto-dimming mirrors, Bluetooth, rear backup camera, and a power moon roof are all available on this model.
Under the hood is same 4.7 liter V-8 that powered the previous generation of Tundra trucks.  A smaller V-6 and larger V-8 are also available for this cab and trim combination, but the 4.0 liter V-6 is not offered with the 4x4 version.  The V-8 makes 271 horsepower and provides 313 pound feet of torque.  A five speed automatic transmission is added to the 4x2 drive train.  Fuel economy can be expected in the mid to high teens.
The Double Cab design features a large front and small rear door on each side, swinging open in opposite directions for easier access to the rear seats.  The Double Cab label was previously referred to as the Access Cab.  This version includes the shorter bed, which reduces payload, but the addition of a special towing package will enable the pulling of over 8000 pounds.
