2007 Toyota Tundra 4X2 Limited Crew Max 6-Speed Summary

This specific version of the Tundra pickup may bare the closest resemblance to a Lexus SUV.  Luxury, power, and interior space are all included with this Limited Crew Max.  The Crew Max name signifies a full four door cabin and spacious back seat.  The Limited trim applies a finer interior finish and lengthens the list of standard features and options.  a premium JBL sound system, auto-dimming mirrors, and anti-theft system are standard.  A DVD-based navigation system, rear back up camera, rear seat DVD entertainment monitor, and power moon roof are available as options.
This Tundra also includes Toyota's new larger all aluminum V-8.  This 5.7 liter power plant makes 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque, and it is paired with a new six speed automatic transmission.  It will send the 5300 pound pickup from 0 to 60 mph in about seven seconds, and through the quarter mile in just over 15.  A special towing package will boost capacity to over 10,000 pounds.
These performance specs suggest almost unholy fuel consumption, but the addition of Dual Variable Valve Timing will boost efficiency to nearly 20 mpg.  Thanks to VVT-i, this Tundra will also earn an ultra low emissions rating.  It all might sound a little far-fetched-power, fuel efficiency, and cleanliness-but the TRD-inspired technology makes it reality.
