2007 Toyota Tundra 4X2 Limited Crew Max 5-Speed

The Tundra is one of the most variable vehicles that Toyota has ever built, with over 30 different combinations of engines, trims, drive trains, and cab sizes for 2007.  Toyota has aimed to create a version of this full size pickup to suit every buyer's needs.  Here is a Tundra that may be ideal for those shoppers who aren't ready to pull the trigger on a more expensive Lexus SUV.  Pickup truck functionality takes a back seat to style and features.
Toyota's Limited trim provides the most upscale features and finishings, including a premium JBL sound system, auto-dimming mirrors, power seats, and an anti-theft system.  Options like Bluetooth and DVD-based navigation can be added, and the Crew Max cabin is also large enough for a rear seat DVD entertainment system.
The 4x2 drive train will include a five-speed automatic transmission, which is paired with Toyota's smaller V-8.  The 4.7 liter version produces 271 horsepower and 313 pound-feet of torque.  Toyota claims a 15/18 mpg fuel efficiency rating for this model.
The absence of 4WD will shed a few hundred pounds, but this four-door pickup still tips the scale at over 5000.  The Crew Max has a very spacious interior, but that comprises bed length, which is reduced to just five and a half feet.  The 1545 pound payload is the lowest of any of the thirty V-8 Tundra models.  Towing capacity is also reduced by the addition of a larger cabin, down to 6500 pounds.  The addition of the Tundra's tow package will raise that to 8000.
