2007 Toyota Tundra 4X4 Regular Cab LB 5-Speed

This version of Toyota's full size pickup offers seating for only three, but it is now available with an eight foot bed.  Other trucks have sacrificed bed length in favor of added interior, but many would rather have the cargo space.  Toyota aims to meet the needs of every truck buyer.  The Japanese automaker has spent years researching what consumers want, going so far as classifying truck owners into subgroups according to their needs.  This Tundra is for the group Toyota calls the "true truckers."
The Regular Cab Tundra 4x4 is also available with the continued 4.7 liter V-8.  This mid-level engine produces 271 horsepower and 313 pound-feet of torque.  The 7100 pound towing capacity can be bumped to 10,000 with the substitution of the new 5.7 liter V-8.  The new long bed Tundra grows in all dimensions: 10 inches in length, 5 inches in width, and 6 inches in height.  New stronger tensile steel will add some pounds.  Curb weight is now estimated around 4300 pounds, and fuel economy is expected in the high teens.
The Regular Cab is also available with the standard 6.5 foot bed.  This version will be on the lower end of the Tundra price range.  However, many standard safety features like ABS, side curtain airbags, four wheel disc brakes, and traction control are included.
