All that separates this model from the FWD Limited, aside from price, is the addition of all-wheel drive and the limited-slip differential.

The Limited is the most expensive and well-equipped Town & Country, and this year's model is further distinguished from the lower trim tiers.  The 2003 Limited and LXi were very comparably equipped, but the 2004 Limited ascends well beyond the new Touring trim.  A navigation system and CD changer have now been added to the Limited features list.

Other upgrades include chrome wheels, side airbags and power adjustable pedals, three-zone climate control, automatic headlamps, electro-chromatic mirrors and leather seats.
