The Pacifica is Chrysler's first attempt at an SUV. The Pacifica is a unique crossover, built from the Town and Country minivan van platform. Changes for 2006 are minimal, highlighted by a few light exterior styling touches.

The Pacifica is powered by a 3.5 liter DOHC V-6, which is paired with a four-speed automatic transmission.  This engine delivers 250 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque, which is enough power to tow 3500 pounds.  On this AWD model, drivers are able to shift up to 90% of the power to the front or rear wheels through a viscous coupling system.

All Pacifica models are equipped with keyless entry, power front seats, full power accessories, and air conditioning.  The Limited adds a power rear lift gate, leather and wood trim, and automatic climate control. The Limited is also eligible for upgrades like a navigation system, DVD entertainment, and Sirius satellite radio.
