2007 Buick Rainier CXL AWD

The all-wheel drive version of the 2007 Buick Rainier SUV has all the same features and powertrain as the rear-wheel drive version, but offers more versatility when facing variable road and weather conditions.  Though heavier and more expensive, the 2007 Rainier CXL AWD is more popular for this reason.  Like the base model, it features a 4.2-liter, 6-cylinder, 291-hp engine and 4-speed automatic.  A unique offering is the optional 5.3-liter, 302-hp V8.  It sits on 17-inch tires, has two rows of seating for five (an option removes the second row for more space), and a cargo area that has a window and liftgate that open separately.  ABS brakes, dual front and side airbags, a new tire pressure monitor, fog lights, daytime running lights, a security system, and stability control are all standard.
It has all the same features as the two-wheel drive CXL, including a self-leveling suspension and limited slip differential.  A full array of power features, including seats, leather upholstery, a trip computer, compass, front and rear wipers, OnStar with navigation, memory settings, dual-zone climate control, and cruise control are only a few of the standard features on the 2007 Rainier CXL AWD.  The cargo area features tie-downs and a trailer hitch.  There is also a roof rack for more storage.  The AWD is a big hit with owners, as is the abundant standard equipment.  Some drivers report a noisy ride, and no one likes the 16/22 fuel economy.
