New this year is the 2006 Audi A4 3.2 sedan, a front-wheel drive mid-size with a 3.1-liter, 255-hp V6 engine and 6-speed CVT seamless shift transmission.  The 2006 A4 3.2 packs a little more power and pickup than the 2.0T and also a lot more standard features.  It sits on larger 17-inch all-season tires and comes with ABS brakes, traction and stability control, front-side and side curtain airbags, a first aid kit, front and rear fog lights, and crash sensors.  Rear airbags and a tire monitor are extra.

Upgrades from the 2.0T sedan include dual power front seats, leather upholstery, and real wood interior trim on the dash and door.  Power windows, locks, and mirrors, heated mirrors, heated washer jets, keyless entry, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, and a CD changers are other standard features.  The S-Line package adds 18-inch wheels, a sports suspension, rear spoiler, and special badging.  Other packages give the 2006 A4 3.2 sedan a sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, heated seats, adaptive xenon headlights and light cleaners, a trip computer, memory settings, Bluetooth, satellite radio, a navigation system, sunshades, and parking sensors.
