There are four PT Cruiser convertibles offered in 2005. The GT is the most powerful, and the most expensive. The GT is the only model to be powered by a supercharged version of the 2.4 liter engine, which generates 220 horsepower and 245 pound-feet of torque. A five-speed manual is the only transmission option on the GT. When equipped with this engine, the PT will race from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.7 seconds.
The GT includes all of the Limited and Touring standard features, like cruise control, fog lamps, air conditioning, full power accessories, an anti-theft system, and (on the convertible) a power top and rollover protection. The GT adds ABS, traction control, 17-inch alloy wheels, leather seats, and a brush guard.
