GMC Sierra 1500 History
If GMC pickup trucks were hamburgers, the GMC Sierra 1500 would take its place as the Whopper Jr. in the lineup. This model weighs half a ton and has graced showrooms since the 1990's, just long enough for a new generation of drivers to grow and drive it. Despite its age, the Sierra 1500 has taken the time to modernize with a new hybrid in 2005 and a complete redesign in 2007.
