Honda offers an Accord Coupe to satisfy a wide array of preferences and budgets. From the base-model LX through the fully-appointed EX-L V6, the Accord Coupe line has a car to please every buyer.
The LX and EX trims get their power from a 2.4-liter, 166-horsepower engine, while the LX V-6 and the EX-L V6 and its MT (manual transmission) counterpart have a 3.0-liter six-cylinder powerplant that produces 244 horsepower.
Cruise control comes standard on all Accord Coupes, as do power windows and locks, air conditioning (with filtration), a full slate of air bags (dual-stage front as well as side-curtain), antilock brakes, and daytime running lights. Features that are standard equipment on higher-priced trims but may be available on more basic trims include a power moonroof, heated side mirrors, fog lights, spoilers, alloy wheels, and audio upgrades such as CD changers and an MP3 player.
Owners of the Accord Coupe appreciate its rather spacious interior, relative economy, reliability, and value-retention. It has done well in government crash-testing, earning 5 stars in most of the NHTSA's categories; the exceptions are the Rollover test and the Front-Side test, where the car earned a sufficient 4 stars.
