The 1995 Mercedes-Benz S500 got "minuscule" exterior changes and a drop in price when they rolled off the assembly line in the fall of 1994, but there were few changes from the previous model year for the mid-range vehicle in the company's marquee lineup.

The S500 measured 17.1 feet long and 6.2 feet wide, and weighed 4,700 pounds. All that bulk was easily propelled by a 5.0 liter V8 engine that produced 315 horsepower.

The cosmetic changes introduced in 1995 were found in the car's front and rear bumpers and lights, the grille, trunk lid, and lower body panels. User comments generally were similar to those of a user who wrote that the S500 was "so comfortable and easy to handle."
