The 2006 BMW 325 was included in the German carmaker's complete redesign of its 3 Series for the 2006 model year. New and notable features include a 215-horsepower inline-six engine and enlarged dimensions. Drivers give particular praise to the rear-wheel-drive handling prowess and the added interior space, although some were put off by a perceived lack of traction on snow and ice.
The 2006 325 comes in four body styles: sedan, coupe, wagon and convertible. All models have a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine. A six-speed manual transmission is standard on all models and is upgradeable to an automatic transmission. Retail prices start around $31,000.
