CarGurus' 1971 Chevrolet Corvette Review

The exterior of the 1971 Chevrolet Corvette remained unchanged from the 1970 version. Many blamed the strike-shortened production time caused by a labor dispute in 1969. A Sunflower Yellow color was offered for the first time, perhaps a signal of bright skies ahead.
Engines ranged from a small-block 350-ci rated at 270 horsepower to a 454-ci big-block rated at 425 horsepower. The small block-based RPO LT1 V8 was a popular option, generating 330 horsepower at 5600 rpm. This car went from 0 to 60 in 6 seconds, and was clock at about 14.5 for the quarter-mile.
