squeaks and rattles

1992 saab 900 turbo rag top.  i have a squeak coming from the back rest of the rear seat, I think.  I have removed the lower part of the rear seat and haven't found how the top section is attached.  could there be loose bolts?  does the top section fold down?

The squeak was loosened bolts holding the rear seat back rest. The lower part of the seat is a real joy to remove. Have Fun. While you have the rear seat out, tighten all bolts you see, including the fluid holder bracket for the rag top.
