Unable to locate the Clock adjust toggle and/or set location.

Trying to adjust the clock on my 2005. Problem is, can't find the "toggle" or "set" button that the manual describes. I can get to the clock adjustment screen but can figure out how to toggle or adjust the time. Tried every button and toggle.
