I have a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville that I have replaced the MAP sensor, fuel pump, and fuel filter. It still won't start. It acts as though I am out of gas and won't stay running. Need help?

I've checked everything and replaced the ignition switch recently and still the engine will not continue to run. What else do I need to do? When I tested the ignition cylinder on side of the key is reading the other is not. Do I need to replace the ignition cylinder?
