Fuel pump change.. having trouble with taking the straps off..

so i blew my fuel pump and im trying to take off my gas tank straps bit my bolts are siezed what
is a fast or easiest way to get it off.. im very frustrated lol

soak the bolts with WD-40 for at least an hour to be able to turn the bolts. good luck.
