It's your BCM (Body Control Module). It's located under/behind the glove box. What happens is the soldering loosens up on the contacts and you need to remove the BCM and re-solder it. If the radio/window thing happens while someone is sitting in the passenger seat, have them push up on the underside of the glove box area. The radio & windows will come back on temporarily. There are how-to videos and instructions to fix this. Just look up "BCM repair". Be aware that this fix is not permanent! My husband and I went through this a couple of years ago, and have just begun having the problem again, so we're looking at another removal, re-solder again. So far, I haven't found a permanent fix. Hope this helps! -Maranda
