Could be the A/ C hose is clogged and backing up in the evaporator and spilling out. With a A/C running look under the car for water dripping that will tell if the hose for the A/C is clogged. It also could be the heater core, the color of thst fluid will be yellow, light green and I've seen some pink, if tgats the case the core is leaking and needs to be replaced...

also, the a/c seems to drain on pavement on drivers side. Should it be draining on both? The sunroof seems to drain well through each door.

I had a small hole in my firewall and when it rained water would leak in.

Then its condensation from the A/C...most all A/C will drain on the passenger side if the car because there is room on that side for the A\C evaporator. Could be a secondary drain of some sort. So it draining clear water but some is still getting in the car, maybe there is a break in the hose. You will need to trace it back..
