Starter used but was tested battery new

2001 olds intrigue had a high pressure power steering hose leak. Got that fixed and went to change inner tie rods and the boot had some fluid in the boot, I think it was power steering fluid. 1 Answer

The fluid level seems to be steady. Could this be from the hose or do I have another problem
