How do i pop the hood on an 1999 oldsmobile aurora from the outside when i cant get in my car?

You would need to get access to the latch from under the front of the car to pull the cable manually, which won't be easy

had this happen once to me on a chevy. we were able to take a very stiff wire, like a metal coat hanger and straighten it out, then bend a very small hook in one end. you have to go under the front of the car and locate where the cable hooks to the latch and hook your coat hanger hook there and pull.
