how do I open rear hatch window

How do I get rear hatch window open?

First all the doors need to be unlocked. Find the handle on the outside of the rear door that opens the tailgate, turn it the other way that should open the glass.

On a 2002 XLT Ford Explorer, how do i get the back window on the back hatch to open up, mine seems like it can open and it is not shut properly and it needs to get shut?
