my 2004 olds alero will not start and theecurity light flashes on and off ? What do you think is wrong?

I am still trying to find a permanent fix for this one here but in the mean time the fix is to turn the car in the "ON" position for 10mins, turn it off and then back on. It should start. I found this fix after spending almost $800 fixing things all to come home and it happens again when I wanted to go back out.

I had shop bypass the security haven't had problem since
