1992 Sentra - defroster not working

I have a 1992 Sentra that when you turn it to defrost, nothing comes out of the defrost vents. The dash vents for AC work fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. Can you direct me to a place that will tell me how to check the vacuum line?
