Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Should I be able to blow through the fuel injection
pressuredampener line on my 2000 Nissan
Maxima it has a regulator on it and whenever I
check the fuel pressure regulator I can't blow
through it so I was just wondering should I be able
to blow through the other one or should it be
pressurized as well
