Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Xterra with 276,000 miles and just wonder what would be considered good
engine compression for my car. By the way it runs great and I want to get the
compression tested as I was told that is a good way of telling how good the engine is. I
want to know before I get it tested so that I don't get the old here's a female that knows
nothing and I can talk her into some engine work that isn't needed. Thanks for any and
help. I just checked my differental fluids last week and they look very clean.
