Open the rear hatch, remove the headrests. On the back of the seat you'll see a handle in the middle and a strap just to the left of middle. Lift the handle to collapse the seat, then pull the strap towards you (it takes a little work...it's heavy) until the seat lowers into the well. Reverse the process to put seat up.
